5.4 Tosses and Flares

A toss is where you let go of a handle or both completely and catch them again.  It can be done in normal orbiting stance or when both handles are in the same hand. This move works best with some sort of weight and LED microlight added to handles.

A Flare is when the orbiter releases one handle and allows it to suspend itself as it boomerangs back to its original position. The shape of the orbit boomeranging can be altered by the handles dropping point and the other arm's guidance. Hint: look at the orbit when you try to catch the handle.
