4.4 Cradles

A cradle is when the orbit is tightly spinning (similarly to an isolation) with your hands closely surrounding it in a half circle or wrapped around the orbit. Cradling is a good way of manipulating the appearance of the orbit and adding an up-close aspect to your light show.

The Move [How to]:

Where You've Seen This:

Why You Need to Know It:

Cradling and variations of the move give orbiters a story telling feel to their shows. The move is simple but calls attention to the orbit because of the way it is positioned in your hands. Who Uses It:

Puddles, Observer, Saturn, Allazo

Variations: Inverted Cradle, String Manipulation
