A wrap or bounce is when the orbit makes contact with a part of your body and bounces off or spins off in the opposite direction. This is done virtually anywhere on the body: arm, body, leg, foot, neck. The most common and easiest wrap to learn for beginners are arm wraps, which are achieved by holding one arm out in front of you and using the other hand to bounce the orbit around your forearm.

Wraps have become common place in orbiting today. The move allows you to really feel the rhythm of the music and can be addictive over long periods of time. Many orbiters wake up from festivals with bruises on their arms from wraps.
