EmazingLights / iHeartRaves, the world leader in gloving, light shows, and rave apparel is looking for committed and dedicated Customer Service Team Members with a passion for Gloving and the EDM scene. We are currently hiring for CST Crew Members for our CST based out of our Corporate Headquarters located in Anaheim.

The Customer Service Crew Member is a vital part of the EmazingLights / iHeartRaves Customer Service Team. As the phone personalities for the company they are answering phones, executing assignments, and interacting with customers as well as other Warehouse, and Corporate staff. They are able to communicate with a high level of clarity, professionalism, and salesmanship as product experts and rave stylists that ensure our customer’s receive the best possible customer service experience.

Before being considered for a role within the Customer Service Team, individuals must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age at time of hire date, and able to provide proof of age
  • Be a legal US Citizen, permanent resident, or provide proof of authorization to work
  • Have involvement with, an interest in, or desire to learn about the Art of Gloving
  • Have involvement with, an interest in, or desire to learn about the Rave scene
  • Have reliable transportation
  • PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule (including nights & weekends)

As an employee within the Customer Service Division, the Crew Member will be required to be actively involved with providing friendly customer service, have knowledge of all of our products, and ensure all customers are 100% satisfied with their experience at EmazingLights/iHeartRaves. Furthermore, the CST Crew Member will be expected to exhibit the characteristics necessary to demonstrate their ability to be an inspiring leader, effective administrator, and inspiring entrepreneur.

Applicants should have prior customer service, within a call center, experience in excess of 6 months OR prior general customer service experience in excess of 12 months.
