Ordered 5 chips for EDC, picked them up from LUX pop up tent. Every one of them were defective, the batteries that had been pre-placed in them were corroded and ruined the lights. Still waiting on a reply from emazing

I bought two chroma Evo glove lights for a side project. Both sets came with dead batteries which I assumed would happen based on previous reviews, not a deal-breaker. Once I replaced the batteries on both glove lights I found that one of the two was defective. One email and two days later they are already sending me a replacement. I will keep buying from this company because their customer service is on point!
