Yes, diffusers make a world of difference, using them can sometimes make your light look up to 4 times as big! There are currently three types of diffusers right now- open, closed, and premium. The closed give you a general diffused light looking as best described bubble. The open diffusers look more like marshmallows, with a more direct light from the top of the finger. Premium diffusers are similar to open, but just smaller. Also don’t forget to check out the BRAND NEW color tinted diffusers as well!

For the most part yes, some bulbs will not work in some lights only because of the type of light. For example, a ribbon bulb will work in the first mode of the Micro Max Evo chip, but will not work in the 2nd or 3rd mode because those are strobe-effecting modes, not made for ribbons.

Palm lights are basically any micro light fitted to stay in the middle of your palm during your show. It casts an eerie background to your finger lights, and gives a very cool look. You don’t need them, but they’re definitely an option! We use Velcro to make the lights stick, so you can use any housing. No more need for ONLY using Maxlights and Inovas because of the need for a clip.

Strobes can come in a variety of different colors, and modes. Sometimes having 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, or more colors in a strobe pattern. Solids are just solid colors that maintain their color and intensity. Ribbons basically solids that change color, most commonly there are 3 colors to compose the ribbon, that doesnot have a break in its light trail."
