RaveAid is a dietary supplement that provides proactive protection and complete restoration from intense physical and mental stimulation. Select ingredients increase serotonin production to prevent depletion and improve experience. Antioxidants work together to eliminate harmful free radicals and promote rapid recovery. Vitamins and minerals naturally increase energy, boost the immune system, and minimize muscle cramping or jaw clenching.

Do you respect your body?
With RaveAid, you can be healthy without compromising your lifestyle and recover faster than you thought possible.

Designed to be effective under the most extreme conditions, RaveAid protects brain cells while boosting natural vitality. Using powerful all-natural ingredients, RaveAid prevents the negative symptoms of an epic all night rave (or typical Friday night); including loss of concentration, fatigue, and depression.

If you party hard and fail to properly protect and replenish your body with RaveAid's essential nutrients, you can cause serious and sometimes irreparable damage. Poor nutrition, lack of sleep, physical stress, over stimulation, and intoxicants can quickly deplete serotonin levels, increase the presence of harmful free radicals, and kill brain cells.

RaveAid is the answer. It allows your immune system to thrive while maintaining the ideal brain chemical balance. Thus reducing stress on your body and promoting the fastest recovery possible, even in the most challenging low nutrient and minimal sleep environments. RaveAid is health for the hardcore.

Suggested Use:
Proactive Protection: Take RaveAid before intense physical and mental stimulation to boost natural vitality, minimize muscle cramping, and protect against toxic damage.
Complete Restoration: Take RaveAid after depletion to restore essential nutrients, promote rapid recovery, and ensure healthy brain function.

Ingredients

-Amino acid that increases serotonin production.
-Prevents serotonin depletion and protects against neurotoxicity.
-Supports positive mood and reduces anxiety.
-Promotes normal sleep patterns.

5-HTP, the direct precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin, is the quickest and most effective way to boost and replenish serotonin in the brain.+ Stress, lack of sleep, and exposure to chemical toxins accelerate serotonin depletion which can result in irritability, anxiety, insomnia, and depression. 5-HTP expedites the restoration of normal serotonin levels to promote normal brain function and good mental health.*

-The "universal antioxidant" and ultimate protection against free radicals. I-ncreases blood flow and oxygen to the nerves, improving brain function and memory. -Detoxifies the liver. -Recycles key antioxidants including Vitamin C and Vitamin E.

-Alpha Lipoic Acid is a fatty acid naturally found inside every cell in the body, where its needed to convert glucose into energy for all normal body functions. Unlike other antioxidants, which work only in water (such as vitamin C) or fatty tissues (such as vitamin E), Alpha Lipoic Acid is known as the "universal antioxidant" because it's both fat and water soluble, meaning it can work throughout the body. -Antioxidants (like vitamin C and E) are depleted as they attack free radicals, but evidence suggests that Alpha Lipoic Acid can recycle and rejuvenate other antioxidants to make them active again.+ Alpha Lipoic Aid protects the body from harm and boosts the healing powers of antioxidants.

-Helps to convert 5-HTP into serotonin, thereby boosting its effect.
-Increases energy and improves mental focus.
-Boosts immune system.
-Increases the bioavailability of Magnesium, making it more easily absorbed.

-Vitamin B6 performs a wide variety of functions in the body including maintaining a healthy immune system and assisting in the formation of important neurotransmitters (including serotonin). Scientific studies show that 5-HTP is much more effective at producing serotonin in the brain when taken with vitamin B6.+ Vitamin B6 deficiency can be quite common because alcohol, caffeine, smoking, and physical exercise increase the excretion of vitamin B6 in the urine. Vitamin B6 ensures the conversion of 5-HTP into serotonin, releases natural energy, and is vital for defending against stress.*

-A powerful antioxidant that intercepts and neutralizes free radicals.
-Defends the body against stress and promotes rapid recovery.
-Boosts immune system.
-Recycles Vitamin E.

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and essential nutrient vital for the repair of tissues in all parts of the body. It also plays a very important role in immune function by increasing the production of infection-fighting white blood cells. Vitamin C is highly effective in fighting free radicals, minimizing damage from outside toxins, and promoting rapid recovery.*+

-An antioxidant that reduces free radical formation.
-Protects brain cells from damage.
-Boosts immune system.
-Supports healthy heart, muscles, and nerves.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, meaning it leaves the body much slower than a water-soluble vitamin and can penetrate deeply into fatty tissues (including the brain). It's one of the most powerful biologically active antioxidants particularly important for the protection of cell membranes. It supports a strong immune system and is necessary for maintaining the health of the heart, muscles, and nerves.+ Vitamin E prevents brain cell damage, improves physical endurance, and encourages full body restoration.*

-Minimizes jaw clenching, tooth grinding, and muscle cramping.
-Vital for serotonin production.
-Boosts immune system.
-Supports healthy hydration.

Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body including the regulation of the heart beat, blood pressure, and energy metabolism.+ One of magnesium's major roles is muscle relaxation. Magnesium calms the nerves and relaxes the muscles to minimize jaw clenching and muscle cramping.+

What are free radicals and why are they harmful to the brain?
Free radicals are oxygen atoms that are missing an electron. When an atom is missing an electron from a pair, it becomes unstable and very reactive. An unstable free radical desperately wants to find another electron to become stable again, so it rips away an electron from a normal cell. The problem is that the normal cell then becomes a free radical, because now it's missing an electron. This begins a chain reaction called oxidation, causing serious damage to healthy cells in the brain and body. Some free radicals arise normally during metabolism and usually the body can naturally neutralize them. However, environmental factors such as poor nutrition, lack of sleep, physical stress, and intoxicants produce excess free radicals that overwhelm the body's natural defense system. Excess free radicals wreak havoc on the cells of the brain, including the mitochondria and even the DNA, and are believed to be a major contributing factor to decline in cognitive function.
It's extremely important to boost and replenish your system with antioxidants before and after a potentially draining event to strengthen your bodies' natural defense system and protect against serious damage.

What are antioxidants?
Antioxidants are substances that are capable of counteracting the damage caused by free radicals. They work by donating an electron to a free radical so it becomes a stable oxygen atom. Antioxidants protect cells against the oxidative stress induced by free radicals.

I followed the directions. I definitely felt less hungover after both raves. However I felt very ill during each festival. I am well aware that "the experience" can make one nauseous. But this was different, and the only thing different was the rave aid. Perhaps all the vitamins were making me ill and I should have lowered the recommended dose? The ingredients are indeed very good for the body. But maybe all the different kinds mixed together is too intense and my body isnt large enough to handle? Dunno
